Privacy Policy for the Processing of Personal Data

This Privacy Policy for the processing of personal data is prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter — the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by Sole Proprietor Yukhnyuk Natalya Vladimirovna (hereinafter — the Operator) to ensure the security of personal data.
1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, as a key objective and condition of its activity.
1.2. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors of the website https://buroplaces.com.

independently determine the list of measures sufficient to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Law.
3.2. The Operator must:
provide the User, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
organize personal data processing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
respond to requests and inquiries from subjects of personal data and their representatives;
provide required information to the authorized supervisory authority within 10 days from receiving the request;
publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Policy;
take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data;
stop processing and destroy personal data when required by law or upon the User’s request;
fulfill other obligations established by the Personal Data Law.
4. Rights and Obligations of Personal Data Subjects
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:

request clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary for the stated purpose;

exercise other rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. Persons who provide inaccurate or third-party data without appropriate permission bear responsibility under the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing

Processing requires User consent unless otherwise provided by law.
Processing may be required for performing obligations under Russian legislation, court orders, or contracts.
Public and legally mandated data may also be processed.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Processing
The Operator ensures personal data security through legal, organizational and technical measures.
